• All orders will be posted within 2-3 days of placing your order, unless otherwise stated. All items are carefully wrapped and sent via An Post or Courier Service and signature upon delivery will be required.
• Please note that shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country.  Dolly & Bella have no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

Exchanges & Refunds If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase after delivery of the products, you can return them within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund provided the item is an unused condition. You must both e-mail us to info@dollyandbella.com to inform us that the goods are being returned by a secure postal method and postage will be paid by the sender. Refunds will be credited usually within 48 hours to the original payment method you used to purchase the item/s, however please note it may take 5-7 days to show up on any statements or your account. No refund on SALE items or discounted items including promo codes, only exchange and/or credit note.
